Prior to joining ACIOE Associates, he worked for A4 Associates, a reputable engineering, consulting and project management firm, where he facilitated several capacity development initiatives and supported the efficient design, management, and delivery of several engineering projects.
With a sound academic background in entrepreneurship and engineering, Emmanuel possesses deep expertise and experience in enterprise planning and development, business communication, performance improvement, program development, project management, training development & delivery, content development, business analysis, market research, strategy development, change management, institutional strengthening, contract procurement, financial modelling & analysis, technical writing, and engineering design.
Professionally, Emmanuel has delivered value for several enterprises, as well as local and multinational organizations like: the UK’s Department for International Development (DfID); the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC); the Presidential Committee on North-East Initiative (PCNI); the Bank of Industry (BOI); the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA); the Rural Electrification Agency (REA); the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA); the Federal Ministry of Education (FMOE); the Federal Ministry of Finance (FMOF); the Subsidy Reinvestment & Empowerment Programme (SURE-P); the Senate Ad-hoc Committee on Power (8th National Assembly); the Presidential Amnesty Program; the Sickle Cell Aid Foundation (SCAF); the Reform Group; and Coffey.

He has worked on several impressive projects, some of which include: the development of a standard monitoring & evaluation framework for the Nigerian Rural Electrification agency; the development of procurement documents and analysis templates for the National Information Technology Development Agency; supporting the Federal Ministry of Finance’s YOUWIN (Youth enterprise With Innovation in Nigeria) and GWIN (Growing Girls and Women In Nigeria) projects; developing and facilitating a corporate communication strategy for the Subsidy Reinvestment & Empowerment Programme; developing an investment proposal for a 5MW solar power project in Plateau state for Wedotebary Nigeria Limited; part of a team that developed a procurement procedures manual for the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency; the monitoring and evaluation of six (6) agro value-chain infrastructural projects (Minna, Bida, Zaki Biam, Giri, Heiphang and Iludun Oro) across five (5) states in Nigeria; part of a team that carried-out a comprehensive feasibility studies and developed an investment plan for a footwear manufacturing Shared-Service Facility (SSF) in Abia state, for the Bank of Industry; part of a team that conducted an investigative analysis of the funds appropriated to the Nigerian Power Sector from (1999 to 2015) for the senate ad-hoc committee on power; conducting a comprehensive research and gap analysis for several public sector organizations; facilitating capacity building programmes for several government and non-governmental organizations.
Emmanuel has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri and a Business Analysis certification from Topron Consulting Canada. He has also received several qualitative trainings in entrepreneurship, business analysis, enterprise development, computer-aided engineering design, and python programming.
